Please read through carefully before contacting me to ensure a smooth process and feel free to ask me any questions if you're unsure of anything!I generally take quite some time with commissions as I work hard on making sure I deliver your commission as accurately and with a satisfactory level of finishing as I can so please be patient with me! Feel free to ask me for updates but no rushing please! If you need your commission(s) urgently please let me know in advance but do note that there may be additional fees for urgent commissions.Thank you and I look forward to working with you!^^⟡ PAYMENTSFull payments are required upfront and commissions will only start after full payment has been made.
※ If you are on my waitlist, please only make payment once I let you know I am ready to start on your commission(s)!⟡ REVISIONSUp to 3 revisions are included in the fee per artwork. Any further major revisions will be charged additionally.⟡ DEADLINES AND DELIVERYStandard time frame is between 2-4 months from the payment date. However, the timeframe is highly dependent on the project and current workload. Additional time/extensions may be needed and will be decided upon discussion and agreement with the client. Should the client need the commissioned work urgently, a Rush Fee may be added depending on the size and complexity of the project. Delivery of the artwork(s) will be via email and/or other file-sharing sites.⟡ USEPrices stated are only for Personal Use licensing. An additional fee will be charged for any commission(s) that the client/receiver intend to use for commercial purposes such as streaming, promotional materials, merchandise, printed goods, and other means of retail/services. Commercial Use Commission fees will depend on the size of the project and will be decided upon agreement. The client/receiver may NOT use or redistribute Personal Use Commissions for any commercial purposes such as promotional materials, merchandise, printed goods, and other means of retail/services. The client/receiver do not reserve the right to reproduce, distribute, or alter any received commissions. ALL commissions are strictly forbidden to be used as data for any Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning tools and all other forms of AI technology. ALL commissions are also forbidden from being used in any blockchain technology such as NFTs and cryptocurrencies.⟡ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSALL Commissions are to be properly credited to me (the artist) when in use.I (the artist) reserve the right to include commissioned works in my portfolio, social media, and/or future commission examples with credit to the client/receiver unless the commission work(s) is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).I (the artist) reserve the right to post/stream progress of commissioned works on my social media/other online platforms with credit to the client/receiver unless the commissioned work(s) is bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).⟡ REFUNDSNo refunds will be accepted once the commissioning process has started.
※ Please be sure before paying! Should you need to cancel for any reason while the commissioned work is in progress, please contact me. I am open to discussion but do note that even if I am able to refund, it will most likely not be the full amount.⟡ COMMUNICATIONPrimary communication will be via email, social media provided in the form by the client, and/or VGen chat unless preference is stated by client in the form.
